9月8日，《人民日報(bào)》刊登了美職籃洛杉磯湖人隊(duì)隊(duì)員勒布朗·詹姆斯的文章《籃球是連接彼此的橋梁》。

近期，詹姆斯到訪了上海、成都等城市。

Basketball can be a "bridge" that connects us, NBA star LeBron James said in an article in the People's Daily on Monday.

On Friday, James wrapped up his 2025 China tour which included stops in Shanghai and Chengdu.

不久之后，我將開啟職業(yè)生涯第二十三個(gè)美職籃（NBA）賽季。我大部分時(shí)間都穿23號球衣，對我來說這是一個(gè)意義非凡的數(shù)字。在這個(gè)特別的賽季來臨前，我再次來到中國，與這里的球迷共同開啟下一段旅程。

這是我職業(yè)生涯第十五次開展中國行活動(dòng)，每一次來到這里，我和家人都受到熱烈歡迎。中國朋友們的熱情友善讓我深受感動(dòng)，我能做的，就是在每一場比賽中全力以赴，向大家表示感謝。

In the article, James said he was thankful to Chinese fans and the "incredible reception" they gave him.

"Every time I come here, my family and I are warmly welcomed. I am deeply moved by the hospitality and friendliness of our Chinese friends. All I can do is give my all in every match and express my gratitude to everyone," he said.

籃球不僅是一項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)，更是一座連接彼此的橋梁，熱愛在我們心中流淌。13年前的一次活動(dòng)中，我和中國大學(xué)生球員牛梓薇短暫交流。如今，她已成為一名教師，并且是兩個(gè)孩子的母親。這次來中國，我見到了她和她的家人，深感榮幸的同時(shí)，也更感到促進(jìn)體育交流的責(zé)任。我也有3個(gè)孩子，深知籃球可以激勵(lì)一代又一代人追逐夢想，看到中國有那么多熱愛籃球的青少年，我希望自己也能為中國籃球的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。

"Basketball is not only a sport, but also a bridge that connects us. The passion flows in our hearts,” read the article written by James.

In the article, James said that during the visit he had reunited with former Chinese college player Niu Ziwei, whom he first met 13 years ago. Niu is now a teacher and the mother of two children.

James wrote: "I also have three children and I know that basketball can inspire generations of people to pursue their dreams. Seeing so many young basketball lovers in China, I hope I can also contribute to the development of Chinese basketball."

中國的籃球氛圍一直讓人驚喜，這里有許多知名籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員，涌現(xiàn)出很多優(yōu)秀的年輕選手。在四川成都，我參與了中國國家青年隊(duì)的訓(xùn)練課。我與他們分享了自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)：認(rèn)真對待每一堂訓(xùn)練課，練得越吃勁，比賽越從容。很多年輕人問我如何打好籃球？我覺得有3個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素——決心、投入和熱愛。如果你熱愛籃球，下定決心并且全身心投入其中，就一定會(huì)有所收獲。

James said he shared his experience with the Chinese players. "Take every session seriously. The harder you practice, the more relaxed you become during matches. Many young people ask me how to become a good basketball player. I believe there are three key factors: determination, dedication and passion. If you love basketball and you are determined and devote yourself to it, you will definitely reap the rewards."

我熱愛籃球，籃球也激勵(lì)著我。雖然我快41歲了，但年齡只是數(shù)字。只要我還在打籃球，還能上場比賽，我就會(huì)想盡辦法做到更好。我對自己非常嚴(yán)格，我希望不斷創(chuàng)造新成就，努力成為最好的球員。

"Although I'm almost 41, age is just a number. As long as I'm still playing basketball and can still play, I will strive to do my best. I'm very strict with myself, and I want to constantly achieve new achievements and strive to be the best player I can be."
